As a seasoned traveller with over four decades of experience, I have been a repeat guest at this establishment several times in recent years. However, I've noticed some communication challenges with the reception staff. Simple enquiries are occasionally met with responses that seem disconnected or inappropriate for the situation. As a regular guest, I would expect to be recognised within your booking system, with small personalised touches that enhance the experience. These thoughtful gestures would make it much easier for me to confidently recommend this facility to others—something I do pretty frequently. While I continue to patronise this establishment, addressing these service consistency issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience and strengthen customer loyalty.

Hotel Alba has all the little extra touches that make your stay enjoyable, from the in-room coffee machine to the shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, smart TV, iPad and Wi-Fi. The Pool is also a big winner with our kids. The Dining experience, both breakfast and dinner were amazing, the best eye fillet we have ever had!! We love the location with easy parking off the street, making it extremely accessible when you check in. Across the road is a wonderful park with a number of playgrounds, great for a nice break from the city hustle. This is our third time staying and we love it so much that we have booked ahead for another trip later in the year.

We loved this hotel. We stayed in 2 rooms Saturday night with our 3 children. The kids loved the monsoon shower. We didn't try the pool as the kids put their feet in and it was tool cold being winter. We had dinner in the restraunt on Saturday night and my husband has the steak which was cooked perfectly. I had the barramundi which was delicious( kids had chips and nuggets). For breakfast we had the buffet which we loved. Kids loved the yoghurts. Would absolutely stay here again but for 2 nights next time so we can enjoy it more. All the staff were lovely.

Alba is stylishly designed and the common areas have a nice relaxed vibe. Our very large room had plenty of storage which makes a difference for a longer stay, as do a table and two chairs and a super comfortable bed. We had a great view of the parklands beyond South Terrace which would have been nice to explore except for the intense heat (high 30s every day). Luckily we could cool-off in and beside the large pool and eat delicious salads from Ela for lunch. Friendly and helpful staff top it all off!

The location is very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the parking is reasonably priced, which is a big plus for visitors. Most importantly, the food offered is outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy a meal while benefiting from its favourable location and affordable parking.
